Jutze: Die Fassung auf "Pieces of Chocolate" orientiert sich an einer Demoaufnahme, die Ende 2004 entstand. Die Strophe entstand beim Songwriting für meine "Innocence..."-CD 2001. Der Refrain fiel mir unabhängig davon ein und hatte zuerst den Text "Ride on (far away)" - wie so viele andere meiner Lieder auch. Durch diverse Modulation und Zwischenteile passten die beiden Teile irgendwann zusammen. Mittlerweile spielen wir die Nummer live mit E-Gitarre eine ganze Ecke härter.
